Atwater was good enough to pull it off. And in retrospect, a babe ending up on Hart's lap for a photo with "Monkey Business" under them was one hell of a coincidence.

Sounds like BS to me. One conversation from 30 years ago is basically all they've got. (Also, Hart's expertise was vastly over-rated. He was the Al Gore of his day.)
