It usually doesn’t look like this. Usually they just pull the baby out but this baby was just born in the placenta which happens sometimes. It even happens in vaginal births sometimes

It’s called the amniotic sac. The doctors didn’t want to break the sac bcos it’s kind of rare for babies to be born with the sac fully intact x
