Hmm, it could be possible that the video owners have chosen to make their content available only to certain countries(usually due to licensing rights) or YouTube may block specific content in order to comply with local laws. Hope this clarifies.

yes but the video says it has no viewer restriction issues so surely it should be fine to watch, i have had others with issues and it says "banned in countries"
