Just to put it clearly for whoever comes here and wonders if/thinks that emulation is illegal. Emulation is only illegal if the emulator uses actual parts of the copyrighted code. If it does not then it is simply reverse-engineered from the console and there is nothing illegal.

yep. currently on hold as there is little interest for it and no homebrew community. It is part of rpcs3.

Damn. The sad thing is if you're a JP VN fan then you'd lap up a vita emulator. Hopefully someone picks it up.
