Well that's rather unfair. Actually reading through the source, they make it clear they're not making a normal VPN, and the majority of those mentions are talking about other VPNs, not calling WARP one.

Weird, that seems to be talking about their 1.1.1.1 App, not WARP -- and they don't advertise 1.1.1.1 as a VPN. As far as I can tell, WARP is a separate (but related, and they try to package it together) thing.
