    The made a mess when it repealed Title II in 2017: it put public safety & closing the at risk. We need to comment now, and we need to fight for the restoration of Title II Net Neutrality more broadly. Thanks to for fighting for us.

    You might have missed this last week. The FCC asked the public to comment on . But it did it in a document that's all legalese. It sure looks like the FCC is doesn't want you to see it. Don't let the FCC cover up. Speak up!

    How many times to we have to replay this one? Companies like T-Mobile say mergers will bring jobs. Regulators and judges gaze into their eyes and agree this will be different because ... magenta pixie dust. And ... they immediately cut jobs and inevitably will raise prices.

    This is one reason why telecom mergers are bad and that I don't trust the companies. Last year, before its acquisition of Sprint was approved, T-Mobile promised that the merger would, and I quote, "create new jobs from day one."
