There's a rumor that @TeamYouTube @YouTube is also taking the ability to use cards and end screens from small creators. Is this true? Does anyone have anything in writing proving it? It sounds so ridiculous that it's hard to believe. Even for YouTube's standards..
Looks like you only have to be in the YPP to link cards/end screens to external sites. That sucks for those small folks that want to have shirts and stuff (since we'll be stuck shoving links in the description). Sub and video annotations should still function.
