    2/2 Increased patrols will continue into the weekend and a 4⃣8⃣hr dispersal notice has been put in place starting 4pm today giving us powers to remove anyone causing ASB & anyone returning within the dispersal period will be arrested. If you're concerned about ASB 📞 101

    We're warning teen troublemakers in that ASB will NOT be tolerated 🚫 It follows disorder with groups of youths breaching Covid regs by congregating in the town centre & throwing eggs at cars and houses. Fines have been issued and a dispersal notice is in place. 1/2

    We're asking people to celebrate Halloween differently this year to help stop the spread of Covid-19. Instead of trick or treating, why not hold a virtual party online or settle in to watch a scary movie (hiding behind the sofa optional!)

    Do any of these bicycles belong to you? 🚲🕵️‍♀️ We are releasing images of the suspected stolen bikes seized during house search in Forest Hall. The bikes were located them last month while carrying out enquiries in to a shed burglary in Gosforth in August.

    Busy day for officers from . When responding to a report of a fight, the occupants had fled on arrival of police. The team searched the loft and discovered a cannabis farm in the flat on Hodgsons Road. All equipment and paraphernalia has now been seized.👊

    It is with great sadness we can confirm a serving PCSO has died. Graham Wesley Dinning, known as Wez, tested positive for on October 14 and had been self-isolating at home. He sadly passed away today, leaving behind his wife Laura and their son Adam

    Can you help identify this man? He was in the area at the time and could help their investigation. If someone had found themselves in distress then this crime could have cost them their life😡

    Do you recognise this man? 👀 We need to speak to him after five life rings were thrown into the River Tyne in the early hours of September 28. Nobody in the water at the time and the life rings have since been replaced. ☎️ If you can help call 101 quoting ref 110298H/20.
