    We are trying to trace these men in connection with a city centre robbery which left a shop worker injured. ⏰ 2.45pm 📆 Aug 28 📍 Nisa Local, Sandyford Rd A shop worker has challenged a group of men who helped themselves to alcohol and left without paying.

    When challenged the males pushed the worker to the ground & kicked him injuring his head and jaw. They also shouted abuse at on-duty paramedic who tried to disperse the group by turning on the lights & sirens of his vehicle. We think these men were in the area & can help.

    4️⃣ suspected thieves are in the cells after we tracked a suspicious male – who led us to a stash of stolen property. While we were investigating a burglary in last night, a witness reported a male trying car doors. We went on to find a range of stolen goods. (1/2)

    A woman has since been arrested with enquiries ongoing. We know the offenders ran past Washington Gardeners CIU Club at about 11pm - where up to five members of the public were stood outside. We're asking for those witnesses to come forward. More here 👉

    Detectives investigating a disturbance which led to a man suffering a fatal heart attack have appealed for witnesses. It happened on Friday on Hertburn Gardens in Concord. Offenders left an address, after which the male occupant, 71, died from a suspected heart attack. (1/2)

    Great news - missing Cramlington man Ronald Bell, 77, has been found safe and well. 💙 Huge thanks to everyone who helped bring him to safety, including the terrific who've had 14 volunteers searching the rural areas around Cramlington. Amazing! You're all ! 🙂

    An investigation was launched & a search carried out to locate a grey Audi A3, whose occupants had left the scene when we arrived. Two people have since been arrested & remain under investigation. We want to hear from anyone who saw the Audi before or after the collision. (2/3)

    The family of a much-loved dad & granddad who sadly died in a collision have paid tribute to him. Motorcyclist John Wood, 62, of Blyth, was involved in a collision on the at Denton Burn on Friday night. The heartfelt tribute is in full here 👉 (1/3)

    The offender fled the scene leaving the victim needing stitches. 📹We've carried out extensive CCTV enqs & are now appealing for witnesses. We're also asking the men in the photos to come forward as we think they have info which can help us. 📲 Crime number 075607M/21.
