McConnell is trying to show Trump the path forward is under his wing - not Bannon. Both will lose.
It is clear McConnell is going to try to rehabilitate himself and his party by asking Democrats to join on a big infrastructure package. They should not do so unless it is paid for—by taxing the rich and corporations. GOP wants to do via MORE tax breaks for private companies
