Yes, it's important to talk as part of breaking down

You can't expect public prejudice against MH to change until the NHS prejudice changes. Public follow the NHS lead. 8 years ago my husband lost both his parents to cancer with a yr. As a result of this & a tough job he suffered mental health problems.his GP said "if we write that in your notes you will never work again". He didnt get help He had a breakdown.he hasnt worked again.Ironic really.
