Comparing the chaotic, terminally-online bubble of Twitter to a utility like water only tells me that the speaker thinks he will die without attention from strangers

In truth, hundreds of Hamas and Islamic Jihad rockets failed to reach Israel, dropping instead on Gaza, killing, or injuring Palestinian non-combatant men, women, and children.

These scenes of candlelight vigil in Victoria Park of commemorating will never be seen again. The heavy punishment for attending unlawful assembly is used to deter from protesting in the future.

The radical left is waging a culture war on Texans' very way of life. We can’t allow the conservative values we’re teaching our children to be threatened by Washington, DC. As your Congressman, I will bring bold leadership and always put America first.

Credit to Garrett, he didn't ask the 8,309,585th question about the filibuster!

Kudos to Team Cotton for spearheading the efforts to bring this mission to Fort Smith. What an incredible win for Arkansas! 🇺🇸

Fighter jets will return to the Arkansas River Valley, thanks to years of hard work by Fort Smith, our federal delegation and the governor. I'm grateful the Air Force and our friends from Singapore have chosen Fort Smith for this national security mission.

Some say journalists should be off twitter. I don't agree with that, they can use whatever platform they want. Free country. I just want them to treat this place for what it is: a stupid entertainment site rather than a place for producers and editors to farm news stories.

It's not just that it's dumb. It's that it's not that popular and filled with bots. Journalists tend to think the only conversation is here vs other platforms. Consider . 1 million followers here. *2.4 million* followers on Instagram. Or in graphical form:

People ask how all the big experts keep getting pantsed by reality. 2016 election. Brexit. COVID lab leak. List goes on and on. Well... this place is dumb. Let's start with that?

Here's why all major institutions, especially journalistic ones, need to internalize about Twitter: -Fewer than 8% of Americans are active users -10% of users create 80% of the content -Users are 3x as likely to be younger than 50 (vs older) -60% of users ID as Democrats

I just got done reading a Washington Post story that reported, like it was actual genuine news, on twitter replies to a Congressional oversight effort.

The origin of the colossal media screwup over COVID lab leak wasn't just suspicion of Republicans. It was Twitter. All Twitter. Believe me, I watched it happen in real time. It was 100% Twitter driven, and these Twitter circle jerks still happen *daily*
