Due to massive wash trading efforts, we are discontinuing the listing of market history for the @rariblecom platform. Wash trading occurring in this ecosystem renders all statistics misleading and dangerous to users. @DappRadar @dapp_com @dapp_review @opensea

We are blocking wash traders from marketplace every day. It’s tough to be open platform.

I understand http://NF.com position on this because their whole business is data but I also understand Rarible's position. A completely open platform has to be difficult to police.

Statistics become misleading through interpretation. By removing a (major) data-set you are making a mockery of accurately representing the space. It's your thing so centralize away but you can't censor data and claim to be unbiased at the same time. All the numbers are relevant.

how do you determine what is and isn't wash trading on other platforms? do the same rule apply to all platforms (like that most trades over $1000 is a wash trade)?
