😡 UPS @Teamsters are fighting back against dangerously hot trucks this summer. Multiple workers went to the ER during last week’s heat wave. UPS won’t buy fans, but is investing in worker surveillance and automation. We need #SafetyNotSurveillance thecity.nyc/work/2022/7/27

I once said in a meeting that our mag needed to feature more (any) nonwhite women. My boss called me into her office afterward: “There are people who have worked here for a long time who don’t appreciate being told by a woman of color—” and stopped herself barely in time.

Quite a tweet from Volkswagen's CEO [translated from German]: "In overcrowded urban centers, the car - including the emission-free e-car - will only be accepted in the future if the bike has enough space in the mobility mix."
