Switched to it after hosting my own mailserver for several years. On top of mail, http://mailbox.org comes with caldav/cardav. Company is still small enough to care for individual customer satisfaction.

Seeing how things are at the moment, and without knowing anything specifically about Yandex, I'm not sure I'd like to put my email in servers of a company headquartered in Russia :S

fastmail! I pay a flat yearly fee and use multiple domain wildcards, several alt fastmail.[com|jp|...] aliases, and my own sieve rules (most sensible extensions enabled). UI and web app are good too

I've been very happy with Fastmail. It's got filters, multiple domains, wildcard aliases, and also good CalDav (with Google Calendar integration) and WebDav support (I use it to sync Zotero). $50 per year.
