    In other words, Trump is using an executive order to make people's paychecks bigger through the election only to hit them with twice the taxes next year after they've voted... and might not even be aware those taxes have to be paid back. This is a shamelessly irresponsible move.

    How that payroll tax break will work: IRS says companies have the responsibility to stop collecting some payroll taxes that would normally be due Sept. 1–Dec. 31. Then co’s must collect twice as much from workers’ paychecks early next year.
