it’s actually terrifying how bad my sugar deprivation headaches are I unintentionally ate zero sugar yesterday until 8p and was dying, finally ate some fries and ketchup and within 2 mins was back to normal

I love ice cream and used to eat a few bites after each morning run, been trying to stop lately and the intensity of the craving is crazy

Put healthy fats in your latte not sugars!

Try quitting sugar cold turkey for 30 days, in everything not just in coffee. See if you change the habit. Besides healthy fats, also try other spices as substitutes - cinnamon, cacao, a pinch of cayenne powder, etc.
