this morning was pretty yucky, but i dont think it really gets too bad. the rain usually isnt more than a drizzle, and the overcast lets some residual sun through.. and then when its ACTUALLY sunny, everyone is so happy (delayed gratification hehe) summer here though

It should: but with the caveat that there are some people, like me (currently living in Seattle), who think that more rain and "gloomy" weather generally adds to the livability and desirability of a given city. Some of us are spiritually and intellectually fed by that climate.
