Slowly start analysing instances of those emotions more and more. Like, consciously spend time digging a bit deeper into situations. But gradually and over time.

Journaling, taking time out of the day (like 10-30 minutes) to do nothing but just think/process with leading questions (how did I feel, why, etc).. you can do it during a short, run, etc if that helps... oh and heart to heart sessions with close friends!
