Other purchased YouTube movies are accessible and play without problems. The one problem is just with "The Firm" (Tom Cruise) purchased 16.12.18. Play all movies on laptop PC with only home network which has one member - me. Snapshot taken minutes agopic.twitter.com/VBqFORxRYe

Have already reported. Twice. Result this far - silence. No contact or support. Won't be purchasing from YouTube again - as an older person with limted means I cannot afford the financial loss
