Like the majority of Americans, I have an immediate family member locked up behind bars. My dad is in prison & at the age of 75, he is high risk for the virus. If we forget about incarcerated people we’ll lose to the virus and we’ll lose ourselves.https://www.newyorker.com/news/our-local-correspondents/chesa-boudin-on-his-incarcerated-father-and-the-threat-of-the-coronavirus-in-prisons …

Last I checked New York doesn’t have the death penalty and keeping a 75 year old in a prison without proper precautions will be just that. This country needs to reckon with the fact that prisoners are still US citizens and have rights.

Last I checked his sentence is 75 years to life. He's eligible for parole in 2056. The "death penalty" and dying in prison are two separate things. Be a critical thinker. Pro tip: don't commit robbery and multiple murder.

He conspired to rob an armored car resulting in the murder of 3 people that never saw there families again. Violent felons committing gun crimes!!! Do your job, you are a District Attorney, not an public defender anymore!!
