Pinterest is taking harm into account when evaluating how to handle medical quackery. Pinterest in unique in that it’s mostly women. A substantial amount of health quackery targets women - antivax ads targeted to pregnant women and moms on FB, for example.

Any "platform" has the literal right to censor people and with the help of cute rhymes they can even feel good about it
-
No. Any platform has the right given to it. It may include the right to censor it may not.

Instead of/in addition to calling it “freedom of reach” can we call it “equality of (speech) outcome?” I feel like that’s the root issue here.

I could see companies as a collection of people ...if one person has freedom of speech then a collection of people would also have a freedom of speech ... So it is up to them to relay the speech that they heard.
-
This is just common sense, like talking person to person then the other person I am talking too has the right to not relay whatever message he/she received.
