It was an excellent book, but let’s not get carried away. I will say that it tells a great history of autocomplete and how Ken got our chubby little fingers to make sense out of even tinier keyboards. Also paints a very fair picture of the pressures Scott Forstall had to navigate

I thought it was detailed in a way not many books are about the way a company (Apple in this case) develops products. There are a lot of crap business books full of generalities, so it’s refreshing in its embrace of specifics. (To me, at least.)
