The added benefit is defining what a woman is by law. If it's just declaration why do we have gender segregated areas and why can someone get arrested for entering them

Not ridiculous to legislate it when you have to define who gets it. Then the court has to look at what have traditionally meant by gender and female. Two topics I'd be happily to see discussed in court.

Let the courts define what a female is. Is it a man with a wig? Is it just a man with no wig or does assume a biological origin?
