Thinking of Carta CEO doing something similar in the beginning of the pandemic layoff wave, was viewed as a good move and still somewhat rare to see CEOs say anything human in these statements lol

interesting to see YC scale back, especially because i've heard so many early-stage investors say that pre-seed and seed is still hella busy and pretty protected from the public market downturn. DMs open if anyone has thoughts.
