  8. President Nixon's flag draped casket departed Stewart Air National Guard Base on April 26, 1994. Accompanied by the Nixon family, the President arrived at El Toro Marine Base later day. CHP led the hearse and limousines to the Nixon Library, where crowds had already gathered.
