What about appadmin or AppStore++ for tvOS where previous versions of apps can be downloaded and installed? Any reason it can’t exist?

i mean its not EXACTLY the same its a 1:1 port of lowerinstall by julio verne with tvos specific preference bundle and a shim to help stuff like prime to work.https://git.nito.tv/NitoTV/DalesDeadBug …

So DDB tricks an updated app into working. What I’m referring to would trick the OS into downloading an older ipa that wouldn’t need patching or trickery, because it was made for 10.2.2 originally.

it does both, it just doesnt allow you to choose the version, app admin (iirc) relies on ppl submitting info about previous versions to get access to them. there is no such db of tvos apps. so its not really applicable. amazon prime never supported 10.2.2

Understood, and I had totally forgotten about Prime and 10.x functionality. No YouTube on 10.2.2 is the worst part. Airplaying prime isn’t bad cause it’s normally longer shows/movies.

delete youtune install ddb, spoof to 9.0 (pretty sure i gave that option) and then install the vastly superior version of @TeamYouTube app that actually looks like it belongs on the appletv
