    This is first & foremost a global distribution failure. Glad to see the Nigerian gov't refusing vaccines w/ short shelf life. Let's stop talking about this as if countries are wasting vaccines & recognize they're getting vaccines right before they expire

    . continues to be one of the most informative newsletters on global vaccination. Today's roundup calls attention to how most vaccine donations are done w/ little notice & short shelf lives. No country can successfully distribute millions of vaccines w/out warning.
