i made that last post kasi i saw some people getting mad at people like me, who are first timers and arent aware of the rule in the first place(not our fault) :((

My two cents in this -the briefings are by batches and not uniform, so it's possible what u heard is not the same as the other batches, confirm statements with other people from that batch -lack of comm is the real culprit -not everyone knows 70-30 rule

I made this post to inform people who get mad at first-timers for not being able to be aware of the 70-30 art rule,,, I've seen people who boothed for a long time tweet that people shouldnt be upset at all over this rule and invalidating their sentiments over the lack of comm

feel free to ask for the contents of the email with those subjects from kmiket

if you want confirmation the dates arent edited, feel free to ask other people especially those who have been waitlisted (bc we were)

then they confirmed my slot and everything with an email. sent me the quote for the booth as well but still havent emailed me with a copy of the guidelines. Then literally 3 days before the deadline of the booth payment, they have finally emailed me the guidelines.

the apps rolled around and I'll link it later from a person who screesnhotted it already and it still didnt have the guidelines or a link to it. Everything was worded so vaguely and take note that the app form is the same for those who tabled before and first timers!

ive been to kmikets but have not tabled necessarily, Ive seen the good amount of fanmerch being sold at the con too as well as most artists i talked to who tabled there were also selling them as well

I also checked with the table descriptions on the app form, reading them over and over again, digesting how it was worded. The art merchant table was the table i needed based on what i read. (still no 70-30 rule mentioned)

first of all, I did some research before applying by asking diff artists who tabled before (some recently just started tabling, some for a long time) and they all told me that my line of merch is fitted for the art merchant table (2)
