random proposal: anonymous impl closures Basically, the ability to say `let x = impl Debug {....}` and the methods capture the same way closures do. Reduces structs that get used exactly once for an impl.

I've proposed this before. I'm still a fan. =) Not to doom the idea, but basically the Rust equivalent of Java's anonymous classes.
