maybe, but it matches the GOP talking point about ACA premiums, so might not move ppl who already think premiums are going up?
at minimum feels like ought to be one of the "main numbers", alongside losing coverage and savings to federal deficit, rather than buried

I guess, reading more, it's also that the effects are complex (though many premiums do rise). Still feel that it's being underdiscussed.
