@nikomatsakis it seems like keeping a 1yo entertained in a tiny airplane seat would be harder.
Why did they have to stop doing preboarding for families just as I became a father? Keeping a 1yo entertained at the gate...no fun!

@theinedibleholk not so. The seat offers a change of scene. Plus you can start unpacking the toys from the bag.
