We use a musl fork in fuchsia on arm all the time and it's not exhibiting that behavior. Our program loading and init are quite different from Linux etc though.

Looked at the backtrace - that looks to be quite far into the rust side of the world, post kaoding and so on. It is breaking in unwind though, I'd follow Rich's hunch
