Thanks for clarifying! I'm not generally a fan of having ten levels of obscurely-named precedence-driven rules, but yeah, the tricks to introduce precedence parsing into grammar-driven parsers aren't unproblematic either

I wanted to introduce some form of syntactic sugar that would expand to the multiple precedence levels in a controlled way, but I haven't really had any time to do LALRPOP hacking -- or even maintenance! -- in a long time. :(
