it is amazing how working with just even one person closely dramatically increases my productivity- iterating on ANY type of work, from code, to copy, to docs. i am a social maker through and through.

we've been saying in the compiler team lately that we want to go further than "nobody leads more than one project" and say "each project has two leaders", for precisely this reason (plus mentoring potentially)
