    Reading a paper on The Measurement of Audio Volume from 1951. The US used RMS as an indicator of loudness, while Europe mostly used Peak.

    I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: C++’s includes are a MESS! I want to be abstracted away from files and just deal with namespaces.

    I gave my machine for display replacement, the new one has a defect and they broke the main body during the replacement...

    I've probably read more papers in the last few weeks than in the year before. The AES has a very rich library and a membership is worth it.

    If you are interested in Audio DSP, get a membership in the Audio Engineering Society and with that an access to its library of papers.
