eh. If one had to pick a side there, then sure. But we don’t! If we see Trump as a sudden eruption of a long-developing circumstance, the purported antinomy never really existed; he’s a legit example of what republican management looks like now, though not the only possibility. >

I thought McCain and Romney supported carbon taxes. It seems that Trump has changed the GOP to, or resolved its contradictions in the most reactionary way. McCain voted for immigration reform. Trump kidnaps kids. Serious underestimation of Trump, I think.
