    1. This speech from the other day by Asst US Attorney Jeffrey Rosen, attacking reform-oriented district attorneys, is simply STAGGERING in its dishonesty, even by Trumpian standards. Which means they are scared. Tough-on-crime is scared.

    Miguel was locked up on $1500 bail for a suspended license. Lost job. Suffered horrors of Rikers. Once out couldn’t find another job, afford rent. Had to move out of NY w/ his family. Thanks to bail changes in 2020, this won’t ever happen to someone again.

    The most common feedback we hear when canvassing for and the policy differences with the current DA "Sounds like we need to replace her with a democrat!" And our response "She is one. That's why we're building a movement, not just volunteering for a local party"

    It’s why Texas needs and ! Imagine what they could do in Travis and Harris. Also good to note that in traditionally democratic counties, sometimes the label is democrat but policies are tough on crime- like Ogg and Margaret Moore.

    What is happening to Rodney Reed is barbaric. Yet he is not alone-215 men on DR in TX. Moore and Ogg seeking to uphold death even w. bad forensics and claims of mental health. Travis needs and Harris needs - both promised to put an end to the DP.

    TX is scheduled to execute in 10 days despite serious questions over his guilt. How the deafening calls to spare his life point to a larger distrust in TX's use of the death penalty and an erosion of confidence in the system that convicted him:
