    It feels like everyone’s got something going on and I’ve got nothing. It’s good to know I’m not the only one in a not-so-great place with writing at the moment. Solidarity to everyone else out there who feels the same.

    Feeling pretty sad about my writing career and I'm sharing because authors talk about the good stuff a lot and rarely the bad. So, in case someone else is feeling sad, just want you to know you're not alone. It's okay to be disappointed, sad, whatever. It's a tough business.

    I was so fortunate to attend SIWC years ago and hear Jack speak, take his workshops, and sing "Mud, mud, glorious mud, there's nothing quite like it for cooling the blood" along with him. He will be dearly missed. RIP.

    We are all very saddened by the news that our dear friend Jack Whyte has died. Our condolences to his family and other friends, colleagues, and fans.

    He is a true patriot. Thank you, and I wish you & your family much peace.

    When I lost my son, I was in a fog for weeks, nearly paralyzed with grief. To imagine that has not just gotten up every day, but has done this master class in constitutional law, philosophy, logic, patriotism & more with eloquence, force, passion...My God. What a hero.

    I'm so sad to hear of Mira's passing. I used to practice yoga with her at a little studio in LA and we would often chat after class. I was such an admirer of her work and was too shy to tell her that. She was lovely and kind and genuine. RIP, sweet soul.
