If only there was a Governor of TX who could make law. Sorriest take is the interference being placed on individual cities to try and manage their own population, but being unable to do so because state law trumps city. Abbott is literally causing illness and death.

the problem is you’re not setting out the guidelines stringently enough, nor emphatically enough. you’re opening things too quickly and you should be doing it regionally and allow the large counties to take care of their own.
