Excuse me, do I have to enable this feature manually? I'm using Firefox Nightly 69.0a1 64bit but still have a filter icon instead of info message about inactive css element

No, it should be enabled on Firefox Nightly. if you go to this URL: data:text/html,<span style="width:10px;">Inspect me And then right-click and inspect on the span, don't you see the icon? Also,what version are you using (you can get the day of the version in "About Nightly")
