As far as I know, article III sect. 4 of the philippine constitution stresses and gives heavy emphasis on the principle that NO LAW SHALL BE PASSED ABRIDGING the freedom of speech. This is unconstitutional AND THIS REMOVES OUR RIGHT AS CITIZENS OF OUR COUNTRY #JunkTerrorBill

CRITICISM DOES NOT EQUATE TO TERRORISM. Imagine being labelled as a terrorist just because you’re helping non-government organizations for a good cause. IMAGINE BEING SILENCED WHEN YOU’RE CRITICIZING A government that ABUSES its powers AGAINST its own constituents #JunkTerrorBill

It is. The bill is unconstitutional at its best. Eh kaso w/ the emergency powers, he has the power to exercise such, on what is needed. Though it can still be restricted since the additional authority given to the president, shall only be for the purpose of the national emergency
