Good Morning. I feel of late that it is okay to be sexually unknown. What that means is that I don’t really know what Category I fit into to recognize myself. Hence why I don’t particularly care for pronouns. Regardless. I am lucky to be who i am on this planet Thanks. ✌🏻❤️🙂

A brief comment. Some people I knew quite well in my younger days unexpectedly passed today. Life goes on even when you take a few days to think of them and their impact on you. Do not like or retweet. Thank you.

We need to make sure with Surfliner 2.0 that Sightseer lounges are ordered. They will be a Huuuuuuge hit.

Amtrak's Zephyr train will take you to Sacramento, and it'll also take you all the way to Chicago without the need to transfer in 52 hours. The Observation Car is something special. Let's support and invest in our trains! 🚊 🚆 🚂

This would be great for San Diego.

TAP wearables -- key fobs and wristbands -- are on sale at Metro Customer Centers and at the Foothill Transit and Torrance Transit stores. The wearables make it easy to keep track of your TAP card! The key fob is $5 and the wristbands are $5.

San Diego needs to renovate 12th and Imperial more. Along with a few other transit centers too.

L.A.'s busiest subway station - 7th Street/Metro Center Station - could get its first makeover since opening more than 30 years ago la.urbanize.city/post/makeover-

Hello. Just a reminder that I don’t particularly care about most of your opinions on this platform. Just go out and be awesome instead. Have a great day.

Excellent news to have it on a Domestic trip. Our first Triple doing just that i recall. United has brought the triple here to SAN in the past on charters and familiarization for crews around the mid 90s.

Oh hey @AlaskaAir, looks like @united is pleased to welcome you to the @SanDiegoAirport - @Dulles_Airport route by dropping a big ole' 777 as a 4th daily this summer. Starts June 2. First time I've seen United fly a 777 to SAN!

San Diego similarly has a problem with no direct service on 805 from South Bay to Sorrento Valley. A rail line is proposed but we need bus first and fast to help reduce car use now.

Stride BRT is gonna be a huge improvement for transit in the I-405 corridor especially on weekends. Can we get more service sooner? It sucks that today, riders can spend an equal amount of time waiting to transfer and riding. An hour journey from Bothell to Sea-Tac takes two.

Google Maps transit trip plan: walk 11 minutes to Route 535, ride 2 stops (12 min) to Bellevue Transit Center, walk 1 min, wait up to 49 min, take Route 560 for 7 stops (38 min). Total 1 hr 56 min

When is America going to have similar conferences like this on Rail branding? Also. Not a huge fan of Eurostar’s rebranding. Looks very 1970’s and not in the best of ways.

Seeing how bad thing's where for Eurostar not too long ago because of covid and seeing where they're heading now with Thalys is amazing! Direct trains to Germany in the long term will be such a massive boost for them. Hopefully the tunnel will get more use too. twitter.com/FlywheelMedia1…

We should be happy sure.. But we need a full service restoration to pre-COVID levels and the addition of more trains to accommodate more riders.

UPDATE: Starting Feb. 4, Pacific Surfliner service will operate trips between Los Angeles & San Diego without a bus connection on Saturdays & Sundays. Weekday service will remain the same as construction activities continue. Details: pacificsurfliner.com/alerts

Folks. Another comment not to be a bitch and all. But don’t ask if I want to be part of your group to advocate. I would rather spend time away from social media doings instead reading books quietly. Thank you.

Hello. MTS is hosting a Community Advisory Committee tomorrow from 1 to 2pm with items related to improving the Pronto card experience for users. I also have several public comments that i will be asking MTS Staff to get back to me on. Please attend and agenda is below. Thx.

This item left our group with a 4-4 tie vote. Which means we don’t provide a recommendation. I’m very much fine with that. But what surprises me is that people don’t want bigger development. Shame. They should look at the homeless who needed rescuing first..

13 units going into South Clairemont isn’t enough. 100+ units is far more logical with the potential purple line coming soon along 805.

I use transit enough but not enough to have my monthly pass covered. But i pay half these fares usually.

Gas is $4 to $6 a gallon A 2 hour transit pass is $2.50 and a day pass is $6 The yearly cost of car expenses according to AAA is $10,000 But a year of transit costs $2,160 I care about the American people’s wallets, which is why I fight everyday for more and BETTER transit!🇺🇸 twitter.com/jim_desmond/st…

Not to mention for CalTrain, VTA Light Rail and BART riders. The route 60 is FREE from San Jose Airport ONLY. Smart, but what would be smarter is a free VTA bus shuttle directly to San Jose Diridon Station to connect with other routes and Amtrak and ACE more easily.
Quote Tweet
Flying in to SJC? Don't get an Uber, THE LIGHT RAIL DROPS YOU OFF RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE VENUE FOR ONLY $5! Take the rte 60 bus towards Milpitas (not Winchester) to 1st & Metro stop (5 min ride) then take a green/blue line train south 7 stops & youre there! TRAIN GOOD, CAR BAD

After this is fixed. We need to electrify the line and move it further inland away from sea level rise. I know I’ve said it before on here but it’s necessary for the line to survive in its current form and thrive.

It’s unacceptable for the second busiest rail line in the country to be putting passengers on an hour-long bus ride around San Clemente in the middle of their train journey. This has been ongoing for months, not days. Not mentioned here is that freight … sandiegouniontribune.com/communities/no

Bring back the 12 and turn it into an express from Portland City Center!!! Not really cool.

So this TriMet redundant pork barrel named “better red” is gonna cause the red line to be shut down for FOUR MONTHS! -That’s a “better” red alright. -I’ve seen a lot of dumb pork barrels since I began watching this circus but this takes the cake

Rather annoyed that it has been 2 full days and our landscaping receptacle has still not been picked up by City of SD. Would like to see service improve before we start to pay first.
