Kids shouldn’t have to worry about gun violence. They especially shouldn’t have to worry about gun violence at school. Absolutely heartbreaking.

I am sending my thoughts and prayers to everyone who lost a loved one in this horrific tragedy and all of the far too frequent tragedies in the recent weeks, months, and years. But that being said, we all know that thoughts and prayers are not enough.

Thank you for speaking out on this & knowing that thoughts & prayers aren’t enough if there is no action behind it. This is more than just a sad moment in American history. Something needs to be done & leaders need to be held accountable. I’m so angry & overwhelmed with sadness.

We need stricter gun laws so our children dont have to worry about being shot in their classroom. I'm a teacher and things need to change. Our kids need to be protected.
