@DuncLloyd I have serious doubts@nick_clegg understands the issues or the problems his policy & it's implementation creates -
@ajjolley@nick_clegg sometimes the message doesn't get to school about what help and support is available. Time will tell. -
@DuncLloyd I don't think the issue is the message, it is the funding the justification & the time table, all are badly thought through
