The question:
"[Assuming no knowledge of your actual status/ identity/circumstances], in which kind of world would you prefer to live, a world with bitcoin, like our own, or a world without bitcoin, one like ours but where bitcoin had never been invented?"
Because questions of ideal monetary systems are so influenced by one's own position in society (and proximity to the monetary spigot), adopting a veil of ignorance framework makes sense, yet no one ever does it.
I go in for the Rawlsian dialectic, reasoning, by way of Reflective Equilibrium, what sort of monetary system, and resulting economic order, I would choose to accept from behind the Veil of Ignorance: Bitcoin.
