I think you take ownership of the vehicle whereas you never own anything of Twitter which may be why this could not happen. But anything is possible in the future.

I don't hate Tesla, they're just the best example of a car with lots of automation / non analog elements. The bit wouldn't as well with Ford or Chevy

Thought experiment: Teslas locking out drunk drivers based on some futuristic measure of BAC read through perspiration when holding the key fob. Is that sacrificing liberty for security?

Thought experiment: Tesla will drive itself and drunk "driving" will no longer exist. Do we debate tradeoffs that won't exist?
