Maybe in 10-20years it will be needed. As long as I can withdraw at any time and they'll do proof of reserves. Also withdraw to a coin join or join market needs to be possible. They also need to use batching, pay join and other privacy preserving techniques.

This is also proposed in "the bitcoin standard" right? I still doubt that btc will make banking absolute, however it will change the foundation on which it is build.
