Umm, that same glitch has been a nuisance for Pokémon go and the only answer I got back was “ you can use a another device to make a purchase.” So. Good luck with that.

Everytime I give a Berry to a Pokémon it freezes my game so my only choice is to go off pokemon go and come back on and I had a chance to get a mewtwo. So can you help

About damn time you do something about this! I was one of the first ones to get this bug and couldn’t purchase or get any of the free gifts for any of the events. I’m glad that enough people started to get the bug for you to do something about it!
