I read that @SpaceX is planning on having 2 Dragon capsules docked at the ISS at all times going forward. Could this be playing into those plans?
Two will be at the ISS when CRS-21 docks on November and they plan to have at least one Dragon at the ISS for the next 14 month because of the three successive crew missions and some cargo missions that will launch in between.
